How to Send BCC Mail in Gmail?

Ive created a label of 1000 ppl nd sent them a mail with bcc but recipients have not received, what should i do ?

It doesn't work. What has gone wrong. Google has blocked questions on this.

@@moitechstation After further experimentation I find that _sometimes_ clicking on BCC doesn't work (I can't determine the reason for that) but Cntrl+Shift+B does work.
