Thank you very much for this tutorial. Very helpful. But you skipped a step at 6:57, you start on the second step "Register Brand" but the first step "Create Customer Profile" was previously done. I couldn't create the customer profile beacuse i'm outside US and Twilio keeps rejecting my business name. Sadly I'm now blocked and don't know what to do.

great video thank u, igot a few questions: I have already registered my Whatsapp sender and my template, both are approved, but I want to know if it is necessary to send messages from the trial number they give you or if it is mandatory to buy one. Is it possible to use the one I provided when I registered the WhatsApp sender? Is it necessary to create the campaign, because I see that it says it is for the United States?

You are welcome!!! so from what i saw you are only allowed to send approved template messages you aren't allowed to just free text through whatsapp, though you can build out your conditionals and have a very long list of approved replies
