@@PatQuiroz Hey Pat had a question, I noticed that on one of your sites you showed Rella elec, that you had a services section with no city on those pages but had a Areas we serve page with cities on them But then on another site you said you did, Ace comfort, there was no areas we serve drop down and for the service pages you had the cities there. Can you explain when you should do one site over the other? I thought you were supposed to do an Areas we serve page all the time In what situations is this not the way to go? ⭐️and I thought for the home page you’re not supposed to put your city in the h1 because it’ll mess with the other pages. Is this not correct? I heard this from a few different places but it looks like on both of your home pages you include the location Thanks for your help!

Do you happen to have a video about planning out a WordPress site for a local service site (gardening) that serves multiple locations and offers multiple services in each one? I am still stumbling around trying to work out if I should use categories, how to arrange the menus and how to link it all internally.

Just make sure you do onpage & off page SEO for each individual page & GMB separately

Hi Pat, REALLY great content! We are Life Insurance agents with licenses in 22 States. We want to build out Texas first with the information you are gracious enough to share. However, we do not have a brick and mortar business. We do all of our business 100% remotely. It occurs to me that most of what you're teaching would still apply, except for the Google mapping. Any ideas as to how we can overcome that? Any information is greatly appreciated.

You would want to atleast start off with your location landing pages on the website. Unless your able to get small offices to rent temporarily, getting GMB verified will be a challenge.
