I have question about that: If I use one half from another motherboard and the other half from the other motherboard, will the phone turn on? for data recovery only ?

No, you can't swap nand only. The parts belong together like CPU, nand, baseband an so on.

Reballing both would be the correct way, it’s like tinning wires and joining them together

@@Icaruswebdesign well yeah but you still would have to technically be doing both with the heat, you reball the chip and you still would have to put flux on the board
