Yes but you cant use an image from photos for wallpaper and then use featured photo for homescreen which is big mistake from apple imo because thats what most people opt for

I only updated to 16.3 about a month ago because I didn’t care to update it til then. My wallpapers that were already on it were completely fine until my phone randomly was lagging so I restarted my phone, then my home screen wallpaper was just black. This is the single most pointless feature on a phone, it was just fine with how it was😤
