You have to add the contact to your Samsung account (import it) then click on the contact than click on the 3 dots on the right and the change ringtone option should be there (Samsung A53)

This MAY work on old cells, on some specific carriers. These instructions DO NOT WORK on newer cells like S21 Ultra on Verizon! Each carrier messes with their interface and options. The creator should state up front what phone he is demonstrating on, what carrier he is using, is the cell rooted and what version of Android the cell is running. The creator should NEVER assume what he is showing works on all Androids. IT DOESN'T! Another waste of time video for users of new phones and latest version of Android.
