There’s so much power in using your voice + speaking aloud. I’ve done both 😌 I believe the potency is amplified when spoken out loud.

I got a carnelian bracelet today for grounding since I dissociate a lot and just other mental health issues I deal with. I put it on my wrist and ankle and I have the tendency to overthink so if I feel any anxiety or anything weird going on in my body I get scared it’s because of the crystal, so I took it off for now. I also bought the crystal at this witchy store that had scary decorations like Satan stuff which freaked me out too, so I overthink things like “what if this is an evil crystal” or “if there’s a spell on it.” Can you help me with this anxiety I get from it?

I haven't experienced that feeling before. But, you CAN cleanse crystals by moonlight or water. I would look into some cleansing methods and choose one you're most comfortable with to reset the energy. I do believe crystals are helping tools in their most natural form. Best!

maybe you should meditate with it and try to connect with it, for example charging it with intention. If you still feel uneasy then unfortunately you should give it away

Definitely see what you feel called to. Perhaps yellowish crystals related to the solar plexus chakra for confidence or greenish and pink crystals related to the heart chakra for reciprocity and abundance. Good luck.
