Use sage to smudge crystals, pyrite- for attractive wealth, rose quartz- love, shungite- detox, and electromagnetism- EMF, sunstone- sex life, tourmalated quartz- shifting negativity, turquoise- health. Wear them , place in certain areas of home, on desk, near bedside table, purse etc. Crystals need to be cleansed first and intentions set. They need cleansing regularly at least once a month or more if used more often and intention set every 30 days

Some crystals such as Kyanite are self cleansing so they don't require cleansing and you can use Selenite to cleanse other crystals.

PSA: Some Crystals can get ruined in water !!! Look up which crystals you can cleanse under water and which ones to avoid putting in water, like Selenite!! My favorite way to cleanse my crystals is lighting sage and exposing the crystals to the sage's smoke

Anything that ends with "ite", generally should not be cleansed with water (pyrite, azurite, selenite, malachite, barite (desert rose) and fluroiprite are a few that should not use water cleanses . PS: I love sage or palosanto too!

It sounds strange, but from my experience, whatever element your sun zodiac sign is (for example I’m water) you find that helps clean crystals best. So I’m Pisces and I also like to cleanse my crystals in water. My mum who’s a Taurus likes to put them out in the garden in the moon, which would be earth. And my best friend is a libre which is air and she likes using insence. This could be a coincidence but I thought I would share.

My Sun is in Capricorn along with Mars, but I'm Saggitarius rising. And recently i bought Tiger eye bracelet(my first crystal, i was not into crystals). But i didn't put or love it put in ground, earth or something like that. I intuitively washed them in water, also went to sea with it. And then i put them in Sun. Tiger eye is kinda Sun stone, yellow in colour and energy. So i guess is okay with water and sunlight. 🤷

Tip! Most people cleanse their crystals on the full moon and set them out! (Edit) u can cleanse them in moon water too, it’s pretty effective.

My carnelian just went missing too. I had it in my bra and heard it fell when I stood up and now it’s gone. I looked and looked all over the floor and everywhere around but nothing. That happened to my sister with a clear quartz. We both heard it fell but couldn’t find it until days later it appeared randomly in my bag. I think it meant it served its purpose to her and now wanted to help me

It makes me feel a lot better that you mentioned that they do sometimes disappear. I had a clear quartz not too long ago and had taken it off to get in the shower. My cat had shown interest in it before but when I got out of the shower and went to put my necklace back on, it was gone. My boyfriend said that people online did mention that sometimes cats will take them but either way I just hope it was all for the best. I bought a beautiful amethyst to replace it and considering I want it to help keep me calm because I am way over stressed recently I do think it worked out for me! Yes I loved that part too! I bought a ring with Labradorite(stone of transistion - I had no idea, it just picked me!)in it for my birthday a few weeks back & it popped out suddenly & I can't find it! Hey Emma, great vid, can you speak to the meaning behind why a crystal breaks. All my crystals are kept safe in one spot, but one of my crystals broke into two? I’ve heard it breaks when it feels it has done its job, and I’ve also heard it breaks in two when it feels you need twice the amount of whatever purpose that crystal gives... can you share your opinion on the matter ? xo

Yes. selenite is a natural cleansing crystal, I use it all the time. Any crystal near it will naturally be cleansed by the selenite, just don’t get it wet it will ruin it. Hope this helps!

I really wish that I understood crystals. When I pick them up, I dont get any feeling. Where does it come from? Are they "magic"? Also does the size make it more powerful, and can you mix them together?

The feelings come from your intuition :) if you work on your energy, self love, trusting yourself you intuition will grow too as you can hear it more clearly. You can look up videos explaining the geometry of crystals or get a book from the library that's more science based. Essentially everything has an atomical structure and crystals have a very unique one and each crystal is grown in caves and the different elements and combinations of them during the growing process is what makes each type of crystal. Some crystals are man made though but not to say they're any less energetically valid. Hope that helps

That is something I didn't know. Quite amazing!! I know this is not a crystal & nothing to do with crystals but after taking our Christmas decorations down, a v small Christmas tree decoration got lost. At the time the item was sitting by my bedroom door so we couldn't see it anywhere there or in the attic, hunted for it only to find it several days later away in the top corner of my bedroom!! The small Christmas tree was never anywhere near there & noone put it there. It remained a mystery as to how it got there but after hearing this I realise this could easily be a sign from the angels. How wonderful 🙏

You can put them in salt overnight, burn sage and hold them in the smoke, put them on a large piece of selenite, bury them in soil, there are many ways to cleanse them. I personally never cleanse my crystals in water unless I am near an ocean or stream.
