Thank you for watching! For a land that is not fenced, you simply have to; >Establish the boundary with the property beacons - use pegs and lines to temporarily highlight the perimetre of the land >Then take setbacks from the established perimetre

Thank you for watching. The 2m setback from the established building plan perimetre is simply a GUIDE for placing the profiles on a straight line parallel to the building perimetre. The 2m value is not mandatory, the value could be higher or lower depending on how much space would be needed for excavation and the construction work.
