Hello. Thanks for the lesson. Can you tell me - is it possible in Davinci, when scaling the timeline, to drag video pieces along it? I switch from the premiere to Davinci and could not understand what this function is called (if it is connected separately) - For some reason, when I change the timeline scale, the video pieces fly to the beginning of the composition and dragging is possible only if you do not scale the timeline at all.

You're welcome. Assuming you're trying to change the timeline resolution, I'd do it from timeline settings. If you are just zooming in and out then I'd use the slider on top of the timeline (right hand side). Sorry I don't have access to a computer now so can't provide step by step instructions.

@@mohossain Thank you for your answer - unfortunately, I found out that it is impossible to simultaneously scale the timeline and move a video segment along the timeline... We will have to get used to the opportunities in Davinci - fortunately there are many of them. Although the video editing algorithm I describe is quite convenient if you can change the timeline scale and simultaneously move a piece of video to any point of the timeline with the zoom focus tied to the mouse cursor (next to which the video segment being moved is located).
