If you want to set a preferred SIM card to call or ask which SIM card to use while calling if you have a dual SIM then what you do is go to this "settings" option here. Go to "connections". Go to this option "Sim Manager" and here you will see SIM cards that you have installed. I have two and I can go to this calls and if I want to set any preferred SIM card for calling I can select this SIM card if I want the phone to ask me which SIM card to use then I will select this option "Always ask".
