Everyone not getting Format as Internal, I think your phone may not give direct feature of Format as Internal due to security and stability reasons (because SD card is generally not fast enough as internal storage), same is happening with me :( But I think you can use command line systems for doing it.. Although, we can transfer everything except apps (I think) to SD Card to maximize internal storage capacity for apps

@@c48i3 I don't think sd card brand actually matters here, I think some Android phone brands does not allow for Formatting as Internal due to stability reasons as I said because it may ruin the sd card before time due to its high speed use

Hi. Some doubts, If I merge my 64GB(default internal memory) with my 128GB SD-CARD(I know will format the sd card), what happened with my android OS, if any time I decide to RESET TO FACTORY, still the same 64gb+128gb the OS(after format) will not refuse or bug to format? and the second question is if I reset to the factory, and still working, what happened when the life span of the sd card ends, my I revert the process without bug the os or brick the device, I mean, if my sd card died I will lose only the data of my EXTERNAL FILES or I will lose parts of the OS(operation system) inside the sd card witch now is corrupted/died? In my case is Redmi Note 9 Pro with a very expensive Samsung sd card to avoid latency issues.

Bro , I need Help! I had inserted Samsung Class 10 SD Card in my Xiaomi Mi A3 and used it as internal storage which increased my internal storage from 64gb to 192gb and I moved all my phone data to sd card in one click from phone settings>storage , but as soon as I restarted my phone suddenly all the data got vanished like its nowhere , now some of my applications dont work (Not even camera) , my all media data is in sd card . i think i can help u tho, go to settings, then storage, then change the, wait i forgot, yea i remember now, change default storage location to SD card or whatever it's called in ur device, then you need to restart ur phone, then re-install all apps with huge files so they go to the SD card not the internal storage. Sir I tried to do what you have shown but now my internal storage is switched in device storage forever! I want to use my SD card please undo what I have done mistake and please enable my SD card 😭😭
