How to set the initialization or print print position on Locor/Mimage/Macro colour printers

I have purchased a Locor 1601 with two heads last may. The right head never printed from the start. I talked with the company, they send me many accessories (cables, card, motherboard, pumps) but the problem is the same. What’s more, the plotter drops lots of ink because it pumps five times. We’ve changed the settings of number of pumps (from 5 to 1) from service mode and now it pumps four times. The printing is awful as well. Can you help me? Are you aware of what the problem might be, because locor company cannot find a solution after so many months.
