We will be doing MOH V 1 next school year. I already have everything bought. I love this video and how to set up my daughters binder. Will you be making checklist for the other volumes? I love how you have yours laid out, but am not computer savvy to make my own.

MacNSyds Mom I won’t be making checklists for other volumes at this time. You can download volume 4 on my website and try to adjust it for volume 1 though. 😊

Great question! I wish I had recorded a video when I was using MOH with all my kids (4 year old to 5th grader). But, since I didn't.... I have included a link below to a blog post I did. It shows what each child did depending on their grade/age. I just printed out all the pages/assignments ahead of time and put them in order in the binders. I divided the binder into quarters to make it a little easier to find the worksheet/coloring page etc. that we needed. Question: Do you think it's necessary to print out the pretests for my high schooler? Can she just read it and verbally guess? Just wondering if it's important for records or anything. Thanks!

They aren't needed for records. You can definitely have her read them and then check the answers.

You can create a similar checklist for any volume. :)

Yes, The Mystery of History can be used in High School. You will want to make sure your high school student is doing the extra work within the curriculum so that it will count as a high school credit. It depends on what time period you are studying of course. But, yes, MOH covers US history mixed in with the rest of the world history.
