How much would it cost to get the insurance as a monthly business expense? Thanks for a great video

Hi Alice, the cost depends on the type of work and the complexity. If you are doing valuations for secured lending, it is likely to be expensive. Best to speak to an insurance broker. who will give quotes. If you are RICS member, the policy that you are buying must be RICS worded from an approved underwriter.

Do I need to have a building surveying degree to do a full structural survey or a degree in real estate and property is good enough.?
