Could we put the gauges at the 50ft mark. We run 150ft lines.

preparing to do just this. I want to create a pump chart as well as test our combination nozzles. to make it a bit more user-friendly, are you suggesting a nozzle pressure gauge is ok for the nozzle even for a solid bore? I would like to have one setup that can be used for all nozzles (SB, Combo, and automatic) Any reason a nozzle gauge wouldn't work?

Hi Chris, it will be "close" but to get true nozzle pressure from a smooth bore, it should come from pitot pressure. Our flow test kit has both a pitot and inline gauges in it for this reason.
