Apple support is horrible. Tried to send an Apple gift card. It wasn’t received. I’ve gotten horrible as I’ve from no less than 8 senior advisers and two months on I didn’t get a credit and the banned my credit and all my subscriptions were affected. Apple gave me bad advice and won’t take responsibility.
