Hello, I bought one exactly like this but when I turned on the light, there is a smoke coming out. Can I cook without turning on the light?

Please check Your temp settings it might be too high that causes the smoke coming out from the pins... you can preheat the temp to low or med heat .... The cooking temp and light have different adjustment settings so YES you may cook the hotdogs without turning on the light ... Hope this helps you ... thanks !!

Thanks for watching!! About your question? Haven’t tried putting raw hotdogs directly to the roller… I usually steamed it first before putting into the roller to make it moist and juicy !! Need to check if the plug socket is properly plug in and try it again.... if it doesn’t work try to increase the temp to check if the roller pins are working or not ?? Hope this helps you ....
