Nice video…though wanted to see the frame in the vertical orientation and how it handles both horizontal and vertical photos. Also wanted to see the frame in the horizontal orientation and how it handles both horizontal and vertical photos.

@@JK-0000 this model doesn’t do vertical. You can upload vertical pics but there will be space on either side. Hope this helps.

I have one member that I shared with. However, some of the photos I want to upload I want in my frame only. I don’t want to share some of them with other members. Is this possible? Thanks f9r the instructional video. Nice job!

So glad the video helped and sorry for my delay. I wanted to make sure I researched this for you properly. Long story short: No, it’s not possible to upload photos to your Aura frame without sharing them if the frame is shared with others. All photos added to a shared frame will be visible to everyone. If you want some photos just for yourself, you'd need to use a separate frame that isn't shared with others. From aura: "All contributors can see the photos that have been uploaded to the frame (including those from other contributors). However, they cannot see each other's phone libraries. Best, Tim

Can you add pictures to different albums and pick which album you want to display?

No - but my understanding is that you can create albums on your iPhone or Android device, Google Photos, or other services like Dropbox which will then sync with Aura and be visible in the app home screen. Meural Canvas provides this feature in the product itself, but it's more expensive.

It's not a touchscreen. You have to press the touchbar in the spots indicated (during the long press menu section).

@JanPeterDeVries yes thank you for pointing that out. Controls are via the app or touch bar on the top only with this model. But still easy to control via touch using that bar on the top of the frame.

No but you can create a “video” with music and it will play.

Yes, your friends will need the Aura app to share photos directly to your Aura frame. Once they have the app, you can invite them via email to add photos to your frame.
