That's great video. Do you have a video or could do one on how to create a call with person you don't know. What I mean is this I want to set up a facebook paid add, for people to do action, click on the link that would bring them to my calendly and book call with me. Do I need to do that through a domain and point to my calendly link or will facebook allow to input my calendly link created by calendly? Thanks Tom

Hello Christie, I linked calendly to a user's Microsoft Outlook, does the availability show automatically from the outlook calendar, or does he still have to create the availability manually? The user's client did not see available time slots and schedule an appointment that was already booked.

Hi there! You will need to do both. You link the user's calendar and then you go into the event type inside of Calendly and list which times you want people to be able to book. From there, Calendly will show all available times within the window you specify. For instance, if you list available times as 9am-5pm but the Calendly account holder already has a meeting that day from 12-1pm, anyone who views his availability with the link you provide will see available times from 9-12 and from 1-5pm. I hope that helps!

Hi Christie - is there a way to set Calendly where people can only schedule on the hour. My boss wants me to set it where they cannot schedule at 4:30...only at 4 no matter how long the appt for example
@christiebilbreymedia2 жыл бұрын
@IntimacyMoons I think you will always have to block 4:30 on whichever calendar is connected to the Calendly account, so that it always shows that time as unavailable.

Can you send the same invite to several clients for the same kind of appointment? Or does it have to be individually? I have to briefly meet with 20+ clients about the same thing, if one client books the 1st available appointment can the next client see the next availability?
@christiebilbreymedia3 жыл бұрын
Hi Patty, Yes, you do this when you create an event type. Calendly will have you enter your availability on a calendar as part of setting up the event type. Once you finish, copy the link for that event type from your home page and send that to anyone you want to book that type of event with you (for instance, a 30-min call or Zoom meeting). If someone books one spot, that date/time will show as unavailable to everyone who views that afterward.

@@christiebilbreymedia I must be doing something wrong because by the time the second person reads the email and clicks on the link its telling them... "Sorry, a meeting has already been scheduled using this link" Please advice
