Great video! BTW. It's weird that in motocross there is no such a thing as SAG measure in fork. How to be sure if I have right air pressure? Honda manual and that's it?

The air pressure he's referring to is atmospheric air pressure. Sea level i believe is 14.7 psi. Basically by removing that air pressure screw, you are simply equalizing the air pressure to what the atmospheric pressure is at where ever you are in elevation. The Honda service manual is pretty is pretty to refer to and has your baseline settings. At least in the '23 CRF250r / crf250rx manual.

my 2022 Honda CRF 450 RL is stiffer than a covered wagan!!! i already put $1000 in to my Suspension And theres no differece revavuled all if the above !!!! stiffes Supention on any bike i have ever road an suggestions!!?????
