Well, you know KZbin and Facebook are competitors and their interfaces sometimes don’t work very well so your best bet is to install the KZbin app on your smart TV outside of the portal and then you’ve got to work around

I just set up Portal TV and video called my mom through her Messenger account. Video worked, but when dialing and when talking there was no sound. I had to call her on her cell phone to talk. The microphone icon on my screen was on (there was no slash through it). So sound isn't working. Any ideas? Does sound come through the TV speakers? If so, I wonder if it's because I have a Sonos bar.

You may have to turn up your sound bar are your TV check the volume levels on it it should come through

This is a very interesting and useful device. But I have just a question: What happens when I am watching tv and in the same time I have a call incoming? Does it switches automatically or do I have to do something? I want to buy for my parents and they are not so practical to handle electronic devices..they are not able to use smartphones..

It may be to complicated for your parents unless you see it up for them You can watch and talk at the same time with your parents you could both watch a movie together it has that capability

@@pattianugrah that’s a good question I’m going to have to research it and figure that out. I’m not quite sure if it will switch over. I don’t think that it will and you have to be on that input to to contact or connect.

oK, I have a question though.. If I start a room from Facebook messenger, I can send a link to a friend who does NOT have messenger, and he can use it to log onto my room. Is there any way I can do this with the portal? I have been using it for a while, but cannot find out how to do that. It does give me the opportunity to join another room IF I have a link, but that seems to be all. Thanks in advance for the help.
