Anyone here can clarify the video, they say clockwise but the hand is actually turning the opposite way for the rebound setting, it does not make sense. I want to soften my suspension as the roads here are bumpy and i find it too hard. So Should I unscrew the knobs to achieve this ?

Is it just me or are the instructions backwards at some point? I must say I am a bit confused on what the correct procedure is. Clockwise or counter-clockwise?!?

Clockwise to increase the preload / shorten the spring length / lowers the rear of the bike. (When you ride solo) Counterclockwise to decrease the preload / increase the spring length / raise the rear of the bike. (When you have passenger and gear)

@@Jamesx9 I mean ... how do you define clockwise with the knob horizontally oriented ? is the "clock" facing upwards or downwards ?

@@Jamesx9 well why don't you try to figure it out first, instead of throwing an f bomb

I have been trying to figure out if you turn the knob, do you still need to use the c spanner? I rode two-up and tried to make adjustments. Now my ride quality is all wonky.

Does the shock actually move with remote preload adjuster?

I have a Ducati Monster 1200S 2018, the rebound adjuster spins but there's no clicks... It's possible to fix this??? Thanks...

So to which side should i turn to increase damping i want more stability on the road, no movements like a brick

Can't know that without knowing rider weight, sag, road conditions, bike, etc...

The method described for the spring pre-load with collars does NOT work. The threaded tube just ROTATES around the shock. I had to move the upper thread ring to the top of the threaded portion and LOCK that in place, then the lower shock pre-load collar would increase/decrease pre load and not just spin the threaded tube. After the pre-load is reached, thread back down the upper threaded collar and tighten to the lower. Why does a $1300.00 shock not come with the needed two spanner wrenches required to se-up the shock pre-load? Awful service in my opinion. My cheapo shock came with the needed tools, not this fully adjustable Ohlins?
