I am a reseller for promotional products. So, I go through multiple companies for most jobs. Is this the best way for me to use QB? Every time that a job requires multiple companies, I can only put the Purchase Order under one company. For example, a customer wants hats embroidered. I get the hats from company A, then they get embroidered by company B. That is how most orders go for me, but the purchase order is only under company A. Been trying to figure out the best way to book keep my company. Been thinking QB isn’t the best for my type of company.

I have a question. I did a credit memo for a customer. I did "use credit to give refund" on credit card. But all transactions have cleared for the month except the credit. Why? How do i clear it? From " record deposits"

Why is it in record deposits if you sent them money? And since it’s desktop did you just record it in QB or did you also physically give them the refund?
