Also, this one is off topic, but is it possible to add a 1000 pto shaft to a 4710 dyna 2 that is factory equipt with the 540/540E option? I didn’t think I would need 1000 pto but I’m eye balling a larger hay cutter and need 1000 pto. Thank you for your time

Thanks for the kind words, much appreciate and Glad it could help. * You can order AGCO Service Manuals from www.agcopubs.com * Internal Gearing is different between the 540/540economy versus the 540/1000 PTO Version tractors. You would need to purchase tractor with the 540/1000 option to get 1000 PTO. Most 1000 PTO Speed Implements need more than 88 PTO HP like the 4710 to operate. Very limited number of implements that 4710 can operate on 1000 RPM PTO.

I just did the 50 hour service on my 4710, how do I reset the maintenance monitor? I am stuck showing 0 hours until the next service.

In the manual there is pictured instructions which make it easier to follow but I will try to put into words. Key On Position but Engine NOT Running, Push the Home (Reset) Bottom Side of Switch 1 and the + (Upper Bar) Top Side of Switch 2 together at the same time for minimum of 5 seconds to rest the Service Clock.

@@VahrenbergImplement Got it! It's the Reset button and the Minus button together for 5 seconds. This thing has so many features it's unreal. Because of this video I used the area monitor for the first time today. According to the tax man my property is 26.1 acres. I mowed everything except a patch behind my pond that was too wet today and it shows I covered 25.3 acres. I never would have imagined it would be that accurate. Thank you for all the videos you put out for us! I don't know if you realize it but you are selling tractors all over the country because of them and we greatly appreciate it.

How do you change mph to km

On Global Series of Tractors. That has to be done by a dealer with the EDT Electronic Diagnostic Tool to be able to change the label code stored in the tractor. Contact your local dealer to get them to change speed readings.
