Thank you very much for this video, On paper or Massey's website these tractors are close. I emailed Massey asking more in depth about the differences they responded by giving me a link to their website. I was already on the website to email them right??? I had asked you in a previous video, what the difference was. Not only did you politely reply you went out and made a video, that answered those questions for me and any other potential buyers. I was able to see a 46 and a 47 side by side at a dealer. The 47 looks longer and as you stated in the video heavier. The trelborg tires on the 47 look much more impressive and seem like they might ride smoother in the field, than the titans on the 46. I commend you for the efforts to promote the line-up. You are not only informing customers in your region, you are promoting Masseys to the world. I wish you great success. I will be contacting you when I am ready and getting a quote. I am only one state away. My local dealers could not answer questions, they only read from brochures. Just one more thing. I have seen pictures of Massey show tractors in other colors. I hate red because it becomes pink. A suggestion you could send to Massey is some limited edition colors or something. I would pay a few hundred bucks more. Thanks again. I wish all dealers could be as informative.

Actually Massey Ferguson spends lots of R&D of the Paint...it's not like some of the other brands that Red Tractor Turns Pink. Massey Ferguson Red retains for log, long time and the new investments in Paint Technology and Process should keep it Red for much longer! Thanks for the comments and it was help in us showing the differences. Massey Ferguson offers many choices and that is one of the focus is to help anyone learn which tractor may be best for them.

What is cab height of 4700 global series?

Going to Depend on which tires are selected. Operators Manual shows to Top of Cab from 99.1" to 101.1" depending on tire size.

Have not heard that as an option for North America. It may be coming but no announcement yet.

It's not De-Clutch Button it's Comfort Control that allows you to adjust modulation of the Shuttle.

i was referring to the button on the gear selector the 4700 series has. (speed shifter)

Correct the 4600M does not have Easy Shift Button like the 4700 Global offers on the gear shift lever. And there has been no announcement of this only changes to 4600M is the Comfort Control (Shuttle Modulation) and 540/540E PTO.

can you please make a video with all three global series cab tractors showing the differences in overall size, height to top of cab, wheelbase, and ground clearance differences? local Massey dealer only has a 4700 series cab tractor on the lot and no 5700 or 6700 tractors.

I have picture of 5711 & 6713 sitting next to each other but have not had all 3 in inventory long enough to get a picture. Only reason 5711 & 6713 they came in on same truck and were both sold. If you visit Vahrenberg Implement on Facebook I share the picture back in late June. Probably have several images of them I took.

Love your vids, but don't live near you to purchase. If I were purchasing to do brush mowing and dirt work for homebuilders, would you go this big? I'm leaning toward one. I did the tractor biz separate from my real job and used a 55hp new holland T2410. After i stopped tractoring due to schedule change at work 5 years ago, I'm still getting calls. I'm going Massey Ferguson for sure on my new tractor. Will be cab model. Looking at 1759 and thinking potentially easierto haul in city environment. Still want to be able to move hay and do light hay work. What's do you think 1700, 4600 or 4700?

That's going to depend on the size of Rotary Mower and Implements you are wanting to match the tractor too and the requirements they need. All 3 are great series of tractors but matching the tractor to the needs is most important...one of the reasons Massey Ferguson offers so many different models and series of tractors.
