Many thanks, even 7month after, this helped me to play some vr minecraft, and honestly after beating the dragon in vanila on pc, just enjoying the cities we built, villages we discovered and hils with vast landscapes is really great sat on a top of unfinished bridge from a tower to another one, with some candles, popped open youtube in steamvr overlay and watched some relaxing videos. what a joy

So I set up the mod, and it works, but for some reason I see the game on my desktop on VR mode, I can move my head in VR, but on the VR headset itself I don’t see anything, I just see the steam VR loading screen when you’re launching a game.

it wont open vivecraft it is this version of vivecraft is a mod and doesn't have an installer please place this file inside your mods folder. even tho its is in the mods folder

You can play on aternos servers online with friends and they don't need the mod, which is great

ive got a quest 1 and quest 3,i tried it for both but the same problem happened,when i click "VR mode" it flashes black and white constantly then eventually resets everything,at first i thought that was a quest 3 problem since right at this point in time,quest 2 is more developed than quest 3 and can actually run it easily

1.24 is the latest, just download the version you need for the fabric api and vivecraft

Did you download everything for the correct Minecraft version? Also make sure that you have the fabric version of vivecraft and not forge

idk how to discribe it to be understandable but when i try this and launch the game with steam vr everything and fullscreen it it wont full screen on my vr air link like it still thinks i am on the desktop and still gives me mouse and stuff and its like windowed and the actual game is in the background and every time i try to go into the background the game just dosnt care about inputs anymore like at all so i only can play it in window mode which first takes away all vr eperience and second makes me montion sick bc the cursur still spins me around but faster then normal

Hey man, I'm curious... Since 1.20.2 came out a few days ago, do I have to wait for a new compatible vivecraft release to play MP with my non-VR 1.20.2 buddy? Just decided to get into it, but I think I chose an awkward time between releases (latest version's 1.20.1 on the site). Depends if you’re using an oculus headset, the oculus app isn’t supported on macOS but supposedly SteamVR is. I’d look and see if you can find a guide for vr on mac
