Vry effective lecture on KPIs vs Pis bt apart from the this in my opinion scientific approach to management is very important nd helps any sector or Organization nd any field which sparks the productivity r replacing rules of thumb with science, obtaining harmony in group action, rather than discord, achieving cooperation of employees rather than chaotic individualism, working for maximum output rather than restricted output nd developing all workers to the fullest extent possible for their own as well as cos.highest prosperity.concentrate more on productivity based wages.stressed more on time nd motion study nd other techniques for measuring work.Idealists notion interests of the workers,managers nd owner should be harmonized which is very important factors in my opinion in brief . Objective Imposed shud b Clear cut nd flexible nd time bounded.It imparts confidence nd there by increasing efficiency through team work in terms of Productivity in real sense.vry. inspiring vdo lecture nd Informative . sincerely appreciated 👍👍

Definitely … but not judged at the end of the season by the number pf goals scored but rather by number of clean sheets (goals prevented).
