Please add a timed delay so that Charge Enhancer can be 'programmed' to reach the desired State of Charge at the exact time when the wheel is planned for use. This way, the minimum current rate can be used to charge over a given window of time, thereby reducing heat and cumulative battery degradation over the lifetime of your Personal Electric Vehicle.
