Great video! I was wondering how you connect the next action to the corresponding project since they are in separate lists? Do you just write the name of the project under Notes in the Next action? From what I can tell you don’t use the subtask feature in Reminder. Thanks and look forward to more videos on the topic.

I'm so glad you liked the video! Personally, I like keeping my next actions and projects on different lists. I haven't used the sub tasks feature on reminders. I just make sure to mention or use the same language for my next action as it relates to the project. For example: project: sell car, next action: upload photos of car so I can sell it. But I might try adding the project name in the notes of the next actions like you mentioned!

For this reason I use the Notes app for GTD. You can link back and forth between project notes and next action notes.

@@Fla-migo these aren’t just tasks! I have lists for reference like reading wish lists, checklists for systems, video ideas, quotes I like to keep, projects, waiting for etc. My actual next actions are like under 15 usually
