I really enjoy your level of thinking around prepping and laying out the boat. pop our cleats, rotating outriggers...clever. With the fish mat things, I thought you might not have to worry with that, as I somewhat expected the (bigger) boat to have scuppers so you could wash directly out to sea.

Great Video, like the thought that went into streamlining your deck. One comment there is no need to puncture any fish, use a deep water release - much higher survival rate. I am going to be using a few of your ideas, having a custom boat built as we speak.

At approximately 4 minute 45 seconds of the video there was an under the boat shot and I'm just wondering if anybody knows what that aluminium section that's hanging from the back of the boat going towards the front of the boat hanging about 5: inches down looks like it's about 4 to 6 feet long I've never seen one before on any boat can anyone tell me what it is thanks and what it is used for

At 4.45 Matt is explaining that the pod is for the transducer and pick up scoops for the pumps. It is incredibly effective and with the combination with the WASP unit you can 3D map the sea floor at over 30 knots.
