with this VPN Router can I distribute DHCP Server over the VLANS? Example, for 6 VLANs, 6 different DHCP Servers, one for each VLAN.

Simple to follow video but how do you get the departments not accessing default VLAN1 gateway interface? With the above setup, can the default VLAN1 (admin) access the the other tagged VLANS but not the reverse? Thank you.

I would have though that if you create a port that has the same details as the "lan" or "all" and connect your printer to that port, all devices will see it. Just like how they can connect to the internet they will connect to the printer. I dont have any education on this so I could be wrong but it seems logical

Hi, We have 3 houses on the property, and I first installed 1 "EAP610 outdoor" connected via cable to the ISP router (House 1). Got great wifi speed OUTSIDE all 3 houses, but inside in house 2 and 3 the signal drops by 90+ %. Bought a second "EAP610 outdoor" (as adviced by dealer). I hope to put the second EAP610 on house 2 (wireless)-is this possible and if so how? Got no support via TP-link support chatbot.

how to do private vlans and port isolations? i also tried researching like what if there are 3 vlan networks, one network for server computer and 2 other network for different departments? department 1 & 2 can communicate with server network but they can't communicate with each other

i didn't get the part of wan configuration, as router already have the ppp settings ? do i have to switch the router to a bridge mode and the controller will dial the ppp session ?

I have just placed my order for an OC200. I have SG3428X, and I found out that the OC200 is using POE, so my question is that, can I connect the OC200 to the SG3428X? Or do I need to do or buy something for the POE?

People should know that TP-Link will not ship out a replacement device under warranty unless you pay to ship the defective device to them first.

I hear your frustrations, but.....This is why a network professional is called an Engineer. It's not simple and takes training and patience to unlink your head from physical attributes and really grasp the various technolgies, naming and purposes for each of them under the hood. Easy is dangerous, and hackers will be all up in your business if you leave places for them to enter.

Just use the combined router/switch/access point your isp spent. But if you want a proper complex network for a business hospital school or anything else, get a proper engineer who understands these things. Maybe this ain’t for you
