When a user pays with the Express button, the checkout form is bypassed, and the user doesn't fill in the checkout form fields. As a result, the custom fields information isn't available to be sent back because the user didn't enter it.

will the shipping rate fee update if the costumer buys from diferent country, but the default shipping rate is from my country? because the shipping updates if the costumer fills the fomr and changes the country, but if left blank the defoult shipping is from my country. The Funnelkit checkout is essentially a customized version of the WooCommerce checkout page in terms of design. The shipping section is derived directly from native WooCommerce, not Funnel Builder. Therefore, it will function seamlessly with the FunnelKit checkout, just as it does with the native WooCommerce checkout.

Hey there, the express checkout uses the same Stripe API as you would with credit card. The processing time would not vary based on whether Express Checkout is used or not. It sounds like something else may be at play. We would be happy to look just send us an email at [e-mail]!
