@percivalximba7795 for the Controllers to work you have to put 2 AAA batteries in the back of the controller, plug on the USB dongle into.the game stick and then turn on the controller. The controller has a small on/off switch. Hold the controller in both hands and tilt up and you'll see it

I plugged the power cord into the TV's USB and the power adapter you showed. The power light on the stick does not come on. I tried unplugging and plugging back a few times with both configurations and still no power light on the stick. I also tried a different USB plug. Still no power. Any suggestions?

Well imma tell you this. So many people seem to have trouble getting it to work,but if you get it working it's really not bad. This one in particular isn't the best. Id recommend the x2 pro gamestick. Has much more emulators like n64

I'm having a lot of the same issues. I do not have anything plugged into the wall but one end in to the USB on my TV and the other end to the hdmi port on the TV. When i switch on to HDMI1 on my TV the main screen comes up but the controllers don't do anything. Both are on and have batteries. Any ideas?

But I can not get my controllers to connect at all. Both controllers have brand new batteries, both controllers are turned on, both controllers have a solid red indicator light. At random the controllers will flash green then to red one time and then the red light stays on for both controllers. Please help. How can I get my controllers to connect?

Oh that white cord was just an extension cord I had plugged into the wall so I could power the device on camera :)

My controllers work individually but as soon as attempting to play a 2 player game at the same time 1 controller loses control. Can use if 1st player stops pressing buttons but not working if playing together!

Great product! Only thing with the one that was sent is , some games don't load properly is there away you can help so all games can work thanks. Hook up is a breeze. Just the games I was looking to play is not loading. It just go back to menu.

This is a major issue i have, I bought one and it worked for a couple of minutes, I unplugged it, ended up plugging it back into play it again and all the games were gone, I kept taking the game back and exchanging for a new one and they all kept doing the same thing, I finally get one that worked for like 6 months and yesterday it started doing the same crap...how do you fix this issue!?

i got... put the any mouse or any other usb device on gamestick's usb port and if the connected device is working then the fault in controller but if other usb devices have not working on gamestick then check usb port of gamestick and take a needle type thing and push the four points in the port to little bit up side then check again .. i did same. now my controllers are working well... we can use controller device with pc and mobile ..

Yes actually if you want different controllers all you need to do is loom up on Amazon 2.4g wireless controller and and 2.4g controller will work.

Discovered that one of my remotes is the primary and IT WORKS flatboeast for the one player games!! Try one and if that one barely works turn it off and try the other. Good luck!!

For power I would recommend plugging the USB into a USB brick like how you charge your phone and then into a wall. But if your t.v has a USB port you can definitely try but I cannot confirm if it works at this time

The PS1 roms that come on the Micro SD card are not good. I inserted other roms, and everything works great. The games I tried: Medal of Honor, Medievil, MK4... I've only had this for two days. You can also use controllers on your PC, for playing PC games. For €20, this is a great deal.
