Do you recommend creating separate contact forms for when people download a pdf from a blog post? For each downloadable pdf? Or just one that tells me it's coming from a download. Thank you for your help. I've been searching the best way to do this and can't seem to figure it out.

I actually would not recommend providing free PDF Downloads with HoneyBook. This is something that is more suitable for an Email Marketing tool - there are some great free ones out there too if you don't have one already! 😀

You can do this by going into design, colors, and then changing the "Input Border" color :)

There is currently no way to do this unfortunately. They did just add file uploads to Smart Files, so I am hoping Lead Forms & Contact Forms are next!

Hi! Does Honeybook support conditional formatting? I own a catering business and want to automate my intake & invoicing process. I have different size packages & various options depending on the package. They need to be able to book, be invoiced, and pay automatically

There may be ways you can accomplish this! What you can do when it comes to automations and conditional logic is have your packages as your "Project Types", then create an automation for each project type. Then when someone inquires, it will send them the booking information for that package. The only caveat to this, is that people may not know which package they want when inquiring, so it really depends on your process.

Yes, when creating or editing a smart file, you can include a special type of question (file upload) in your form. This block allows clients to upload images and PDFs directly through the file. Hope this helps!! 😊
