I have a wireless router (prestige 600 series)which is made by ZyXEL and i just got an iPhone 5s I am currently setting it up and have put in my SIM card and i have done all the 'set up' steps up to where it sais to connect to a wifi network, like I said it is a ZyXEL WiFi box/router and I put in my password and it sais that the password is incorrect but we are 100% sure that it is the correct password. also I have an iPad which connects to all WiFi networks/wireless router box apart from mine and yet again I can type the correct password and it will say the same exact thing.... I would appreciate any help. thanks.

Do you know how to do a sweat update? Because, if you've done, then I will tell you how to do it. So, you would go into settings, general, software update, hit download and install if there is one, and then if you have set a passcode, then you would have to answer that, hit agree on the terms and conditions, twice, and then it will stop the download process. However, when you update to I OS 9.3, I have noticed that when I did it I was back in ER activation screen.
