I think that rear shock has one of those fake reservoirs that ppl cut threw and dont even connect haha the pogo effect is real

Please could you explain where you got the rear swing arm for the xr50r. What spring did you use did you need to use a bigger spring for it to all fit. I want to upgrade my ttr50 swing arm to something like yours but can’t find a kit anywhere. Your build is super awesome. Thanks

Will those tall bars fit any pit bike?
@burnout_MEDIA3 жыл бұрын
They fit most but it depends on what your bike is

My suspension collars on the bottom but when im adjusting it it has to push the spring up..how do i make it easier to lift?...put it on a milk crate?
@burnout_MEDIA3 жыл бұрын
They can be very difficult to turn especially if they are dirty or corroded. It will help to take the weight off the wheel by setting it on something. You can also spray it with a lubricant like wd40 a few hours in advance.
@mazspeed0033 жыл бұрын
@@burnout_MEDIA its still like new but theres a lot of grit in there..an i have about 2inches of thread i cant use..i saw you didnt move the top collar but turned the whole unit to adjust it..i.ts up on a milk crate so theres no weight on the shock is that the best way to adjust it or on the ground
@burnout_MEDIA3 жыл бұрын
@@mazspeed003 yes it’s better to have it up. Sometimes you have to use a screw driver and hammer to break it free

would changing wheelson a pit bike to a crfs wheel size help too? whats the bike next to the pit bike
@burnout_MEDIA3 жыл бұрын
Changing the wheels is expensive but yes it will raise the bike up. The larger pit bike is a pitster pro

Do u need the risers even with taller handle bars u linked?
@burnout_MEDIA3 жыл бұрын
Nope! As long as your stock bars mount with the clamshell style clamp. I believe the xr50s don’t have this unfortunately

Bro, take the seat and plastics off... Unbolt the entire rear shock, and use a set of proper spanner wrenches! You're gonna foul you stuff up w one wrong move my man!
