At 3:02 in the video you totally skip over the "Additional email options for invoices". Why not go through the entirety of the "Online Delivery" section????

The Additional email options determine how your email looks. It's auto-set to Online Invoices, but you also have additional HTML or Plain Text options. HTML sends an email that looks like a partial invoice and includes the link to the View Invoice. Plain Text sends an email with the Invoice Number, Due Date, Balance Due, and View Invoice options at the top with a message at the bottom. Please note, if you have Online Payments enabled in your QuickBooks, changing these options won't change the look of the email and will always send Online Invoices type. I hope this helps. -Karey
