I've ordered the Ultrafast Plus and i do not have a home phone let alone unsure if i have a master socket, what do i do?

Hi there 👋 if you don't have a home phone, you don't need to plug this in when you receive your broadband service. When you placed the order for Ultrafast Broadband, did this advise that an engineer had to come to your property to install broadband for you?

Where does the other end of the phone cable go?

a phone? as copper wire network will be turned off next 3 years

cable phone. the WAN is the feed in for your internet from the cabinet. And the other cable is for your desk phone or wireless phone etc

The Ethernet you mean? The copper line no work. One end goes in the hub and one goes into the optical terminal
