I’m assuming I can just put the timer function on and turn the thermostat dial to say 25 and leave it? No mention in this video regarding the temperature so unsure how it works with the dial downstairs. Guess it’s time to try!

Why do you want music on when trying to explain something difficult
@2icelollys1goat Жыл бұрын
It's a brilliant video; and the background music is incidental. I was able to learn and follow v clearly even with the minimal sound of that tune.
@tm70953 ай бұрын
@@2icelollys1goat Incidental music would be okay if it wasn't so loud. Had the narrator been singing the music would have been set at a good level to provide accompaniment. He is not singing though so should be able to drown out the music, this is not happening and as someone who is easily distracted by unnecessary noise I must have played the video five or six times to hear what was being said and eventually gave up and selected another video providing similar information.

Hi, Thank you for this useful information, my question is: how can I turn it off completely when I go on summer holiday? Please and thanks.
@eildonhousingassociationlt4442 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your question. There is a “select” button in the bottom right hand corner to toggle to the correct heating programme setting. There are four heating programme modes to the right of the LCD screen - off, timed, once and on). From there you can toggle to off. I hope that's useful.

When I press set the arrow drops from off to timed and the display blanks although still illuminated
@eildonhousingassociationlt44422 жыл бұрын
Hi. Thank you for your comment. The arrow should only drop down through the "off", "timed", "once". On menus by pressing the “select” button not “set”. The fact that the screen is blank but still illuminated would suggest that there is a fault with the timer. If you're a tenant of Eildon Housing, you can contact us on ReportRepair@eildon.org.uk

@eildonhousingassociationlt44423 жыл бұрын
Hi. This should only light up when you are using the controls and should switch back off automatically after a set period of inactivity. If it is permanently on, there may be a fault so we would suggest you report this.

how to remove all timing?
@eildonhousingassociationlt44423 жыл бұрын
Hi. You should change the control from “timed” to “off” and use the “off” and “on” settings to turn heating on or off as you want it. To clear the actual time periods you would need to set the on/off time to the same time for each period.

Is it really impossible to get this thing to just be on constantly at a steady tempereature??? I DONT want a thermostat to turn it off when it reaches a certain temperature, I want the water temperature to be at a point where if its on constantly without any change or fluctuation, my home will be between 17-20 degrees, is this IMPOSSIBLE TO DO WITH THIS PIECE OF CRAP TECH!?
@eildonhousingassociationlt4442 Жыл бұрын
Hello, If you put the programmer to “on” the heating will stay permanently on, however, you could set the programmer to on and set the thermostat somewhere between 17 and 20 and the heating should just cycle in and out to maintain the house at that temperature. Hope that helps.
