7T62 is really a great chronograph quartz movement. The alarm subdial can also be used as GMT, superb!

Do you mean you can use the alarm subdial as if it were a second time zone? I’m confused. I don’t have this watch in front of me, but from the video explanation, it seems like if the subdial doesn’t match the current time, that means the alarm is armed.

Yes, there is a way to disable the alarm and use it as a separate clock, allowing it to be used as a second time zone. I've never done it though - and would have to read the manual again to do it! lol

I don't think you can. It will just go along with the main dial after the alarm passed.

I got one exactly the same. Got as a gift back in 2007 ,still as new ,Not that long away find out there bi colour version of this and got 2 more of eBay for very good price,I own small collection of affordable watches and Seiko is the best all time. Alarm is in good working order also ,top quality from Seiko as usual

I love mine too! It was at the time my biggest watch purchase (before I went watch crazy). I will never part with mine. Whenever I don't wear it for a while and then get around to wearing it always reminds me how much I like it!

Yikes! Unfortunately I don't have any practical advise about how to fix this! Double check to make aure you have the alarm "turned on", otherwise it will be an internal failure of the warch which will be very hard to fix. Sorry!

This is an older Seio, that was originally retailed for about $800 canadian about 15 years ago.

good question! This one is from the same series as the SNA411 Flightmaster, they are worth 300-400 CDN easy. This has a sapphire crystal though, which tends to be unusual for Seiko. I think its worth about the same 300 to 400 CDN, as it is slightly better in terms of crystal, but less popular, and is in the same series (SNA model).
