Awesome video. Thanks for showing us your setup. How much electricity did those use? Did you notice a major spike in your bill?

Try keep ur miners lower and your blowers above them. Hot air floats above cold air. You may be blowing cold air out that is needed for cooling.

Does it take a lot of bandwith per day to run this setup I see there ? just because I lived in the country and my bandwith is somewhat limited (100 GB per month (on my side I practicly use the total 100 GB even without mining ie on streaming etc.) so I need to know in what I'm getting into) . Thanks For all the info , this is great

Wow! That's a "Small" bitcoin farm? It looks amazing. Can you share how much it cost to create and how much you earn per day? In any case, thanks for explaining your setup.

Ha! Small is a relative term I guess; we've helped setup some farms with 100+ miners so this seems small by comparison. It's probably somewhat large for a farm setup in a basement. A lot of times you can do that with a single miners or just a few. I built this with a buddy of mine, we each purchased 3 miners and were going to spit the electricity and other setup costs. I purchased my 3 miners on eBay for around $6,000. (They are quite a bit cheaper than that now, you could probably buy 3 miners for around $3,500.) I bought them new, just because I wanted the warranty from bitmain (which I've been glad I have), and I was nervous about possibly buying someone else's broken miner. I spent about $150 on fuses, wiring, and plugs and $99 on those blower fans. I also spent about $160 on the power distribution unit. I'm a part of antpool, and on a typical day I mine between 13.5 and 14 TH/s per miner. This comes out to about about 0.00250346 bitcoin per day. The dollar value of this bitcoin varies as it goes up and down. (I make $25/day assuming bitcoin is worth $9,400, not including electricity costs.) I used the mining calculator on cryptocompare.com to get an idea of how much I could make per miner. It was valuable as we planned the return on our investment. We just moved to this new location and got on commercial rate power, which should bring our cost per kwh down about 40 percent, which we are hoping will increase profitablity and reduce payback. Let me know what other questions you have, I would love to help.
