Glad I found this, I'm still trying to decide on this. My wife already hates the rear view mirror camera so adding another screen might not be popular. Also would need to move radar detector and possibly dash cam. But the Ram lane keep assist is pretty useless as is if not borderline dangerous.

Also, where did you get the ram mount? Was that included in the ram kit or 3rd party?

What year is your truck? I have a 2019 and heard lane assist can be added but a special harness is required.

I'm dying to buy mine but I don't know if it works on the F150 with ACC + KLAS because the website doesn't say it's compatible, and at the time of purchase it asks me to choose a Harness, and the Harnesses ford don't have for F150 so I don't know which one to choose

Yes, I still use it all the time. I even installed it in my Kia as well. I don't remember which branch I'm on, its just worked solid for so long I kinda lost touch with that side of the house.

Thanks for the great review! You mentioned the truck was way off to the one side and made you feel uncomfortable. How did you fix this? Does it learn eventually or did you have to reposition the camera?

Sorry I didn't realize I was logged into the wrong account. To reiterate, I changed teh software I used from the software I mention in the video. I now use a newer version of the C3beta which takes into account the taller 2500 that I have.

Eh. Kinda. I know since I shot this they moved to fully support 1500 but not the 2500. Its a taller truck. Therefore I continue to use the community build which takes the height into account. The short version is its mostly supported and you shouldn't have too much of a challenge getting it to work.

1/ Don't. It doesn't drive well from that location, I stopped using it. 2/ If you are going to ignore me you need to find the RAM Discord Group I mention in the video. 3/ Don't ignore me, the truck doesn't drive well on the mount. :)

My tesla pisses me off. My hands are on the wheel but it whines so i have to swerve. The new super cruise is cool on gmc. I'm getting a ram tomorrow and probably putting comma on it.

Apparently the new FSD completely removes the "nag" I have a buddy that paid for it and he says it's night and day better. I don't have FSD anymore, paid for it on my previous Tesla and it never did anything, so Tesla can kinda bite me.

I heard if you stick a lemon or orange in your steering wheel it thinks you hand is there and drives a lot longer... then when the fruit gets bad you just stick a fresh orange or lemon etc insert your own fruit.
