I signed up using my SSN without having an LLC or any business registration. Unfortunately, my account is now deactivated, citing a violation of TikTok Shop policies (without specifying details). Actually, now that I'm looking at it, when I upload a product it asks which category it is in in order to suggest it to the right audience, so I'm assuming even though I set it up as one category, once I add a product and select an audience it will in turn target the right audience, right?

Ok so I’m not sure where to go from here but I set up my Tik Tok shop a couple months ago and it was also allowed to do Affiliate items from Product Marketplace. I didn’t have 5k followers. So today I went to Tik Tok shop and my Product Marketplace is gone. But I still have my Tik Tok shop. My shop is connected to a Creator Account . You can just order them on your normal account you don’t need a business account. If you’re dropshipping directly to customers don’t use prime. If you’re ordering to yourself first then use prime and ship to the customers with the TikTok labels

It’s most likely because it’s a food product. You need to submit compliance documents showing the source date and expiration date, etc…

hey, i have been having so many issues trying to set up my seller account. i have a couple questions if you could please help. firstly i keep getting comprehensive risk assessment failed, but all of my information is correct, someone said its because im applying as a sole proprietor but as an llc is this wrong? i also submitted my tax documents which were incorrect but they have been under review for months and not rejected. im thinking to make a new seller account and try this way but will it worked because the email i will be using will be separate from the one linked to my tiktok account? please help, thank you

You can apply as either an LLC or a sole proprietor so that shouldn’t be an issue. Typically when this happens, it’s usually something that’s not matching up…addresses, name, SSN or EIN, etc..

Thanks! Yeah, tiktok shop isn’t available for France at the moment. You would need to use a VPN and access it from Country it’s allowed in.
