What does it mean if I get through all of the steps then when it says ripping, then printing, but instead of actually printing, it goes to “Holding” in the status bar.

I can't find the profiles for a prismjet vj24 on the site you provided

Ok, like the other comments above, Sai Cloud doesn't list the profiles for the Mutoh vj 1204.
