How to setup Behringer Wing FOH X32 MONITOR AND S16 Stage/DIGITALSNAKE STAGE

This tutorial is to help you configure your consoles and digital snake to see each other. Configuration is Behringer Wing at FOH X32 at MON and Stage boxes on stage.

How do you get the OUTS from the WING on the Stageboxes? They appear to use the AES Outs 1-16 from the X32, not from the AES WIng.

I connected 2 S16 to my wing and have the routing setup but I don't have gain control of the s16's. DO you know why?

Cool of you to do this. I haven't seen very many of these specific setups discussed much, but I imagine that there will be a bunch of people that will get a wing as an upgrade to the x32 and will have an extra x32 to play with and use. One question, do you notice a significant difference between the pre's in the x32 and the midas pre's in the wing and midas stage box? Is it worth the extra money to get the midas pro preamps over a beringher stage box?

what about the clock setup for the wing? since you've made x32 the master clock , I believe you should mention that wing must have the clock set to aes50a and not internal....

I'm running a x32 with the Waves Soundgrid System and I'd like to know would this same setup work if I wanted to connect to front of house with my x32 processing all of the signals from the stage through the Waves Soundgrid System and out of the main Left Right channel of the front of house mixer?

I cannot seem to get the AES50 to come through the X32 after I’ve passed it from the wing. What input/ output settings do I set then on (monitor) X32?

What if you are just using the x32 and wing with no digital snake. All steps complete for me disregarding the snake steps but my wing is not controlling my x32

How are you getting the outputs from FOH back to the stage box?

You send your routing down to same AES lines that you’re getting your input but you send it back through your output section, I’m driving right now and talking the message so hopefully that makes some sense

Hello Jason. I desire to intergrate the best of digital & analog for my songwriting studio. Using the Behringer WING 48 channel console may I use the analog gear Neve 8816, Shadow Hills Mastering Compressor, UA 4-710D, Portico II buss processor and the Apollo x8p. I want the best of both worlds. Digital & analog gear.

Mr. Robinson you really need a Lav. or an earworn mic. did not enjoy your presentation. For a production company, you need better camera quality. Just being honest.

Thank you Courtney for your concerns. But this video is to help people make it through setting up certain things with there consoles that they may have trouble figuring out. Also the focus is soft on the X32 because of the position of the console to the camera. If you you notice it’s rack focusing on its on. Which makes the top clear and bottom out of focus on the X32. You wanting me to wear a different mic I have no clue............. what’s the reason because I’m only using one hand. But I will make sure that I place all items just right the next time Courtney. And hopefully you subscribed so you can let us know if it gets better or not. Thanks
