No I don't think so, the Bluetooth of your sound card can only work with phones or laptops basically Hosts, and the Bluetooth of wireless microphones are receivers, so two receivers cannot connect with each other. I hope you understand...

T connect with Speakers, it's important to note that you can only connect cable speakers on your sound card Then you can connect your speaker cord to the port you connect your earpiece or headset.

Okay, there are a number of things I will ask you to trouble shoot. 1. Check your recording volume on the soundcard ensuring that it's at maximum 2. Check the monitor volume also ensure its a max. 3. What kind of Mic are you using, confirm if your mic is not faulty. You can also troubleshoot that by using your normal hear piece as your mic. 4. Ensure the mic volume is also at max. Kindly let me know if any of this fix the issue.

No, you don't have to. If you use a good mic with your camera during recording, you can get the best audio. However, recording separately is good, but sinking could be stressful. So the choice is yours.
