1. Connect your controller to the PS5 via wire. 2. Go to Settings, then Accessories, then General and make sure Bluetooth is turned off. 3. Head to System, then Power Saving and select "Do Not Put in Rest Mode". 4. Plug the PS5 controller into the side USB port of the Cronus zen. A green light will turn on. 5. Unplug the top wire and plug it back in while holding the touchpad until it turns yellow. 6. Go to Accessories, then General, and turn off the controller. Make sure no scripts are active. 7. Press the blue button on the back of the Cronus zen.

Unfortunately yes. Keep Bluetooth off on the PS5. And connect your zen which has the controller connected. It works well when it’s refreshed. So doing it all the time is the way to go
