Mine is also does this. I've followed all the steps. when I'm in the firing range my character just moves randomly on its own. sometimes i cant shoot either. Any fix for this, or have we missed a step somewhere?

your zen isnt setup right then, make sure button layout is setup correct and ANTI RECOIL is ON!

Hit LT and the start button at the same time, should pop up the mod menu on the zen and then hit down on the d pad till you reach mod 19 which should say anti recoil then hit right on the d pad to enable it, then hit B to save, then it should be on
