Hey man you are the only one who explained in detail. Can you please tell me the solution for my problem. I have connected a 3g dongle to my dvr and created ddns server account and did all the set-up in app as you explained and it is showing network -connected And Ddns server-connected in my DVR . But then too I couldn't connect why so.

is the question under Diamond(Dahua) device ? If so, there is a Wifi dongle from Dahua. Third party dongle won't work. If it's other manufator, it will not work with wireless (3G, wifi) dongle.
